In order to be enrolled in the program, ALL of these requirements must be
met:
- Non-refundable registration fee paid
- Enrollment packet complete and turned in
- Classroom has been visited by the parent(s) and child
- First day has been agreed upon by the family and Sue
- Handbook has been read and the acknowledgement page signed and returned.
We must receive termination notice two weeks prior to the last day of attendance. If you fail to give two weeks notice, you are still responsible for those two weeks of tuition. |
